Q: Is Axe throwing safe?

A: Yes it is. We take all necessary precautions to make your event and it’s quests safe. We have taken all the steps necessary to create a world class throwing experience. Our Safety Range Experts directly supervise all axe throwing. We have a preset safety zone surrounding the trailer and have dozens of protective measures in place to insure your security and well being.


Q: what should I wear?

A: No one is allowed to throw axes or get onto the trailer without closed-toe shoes. You are welcome to wear whatever other garments you prefer. It is highly recommended you wear comfortable clothing that isn’t too baggy but allows for a full range of motion when throwing the axes.


Q: do i need my own axe?

A: Move Your Axe has you covered. We bring axes of all shapes and sizes. Our main goal is to bring the axes that are easy to use for all different kinds of people.

Q: If I have my own axe can i bring it and use it?

A: Our Safety Range Officers must approve all axes and they must pas sour 7 point safety inspection and test throws. We must use the axe to insure it is safe and will respond correctly when thrown. All guest axes can only be thrown by the owner of the axe. No one else will allow be allowed to use that axe. Move Your Axe is not responsible for any damages caused to personal property. Q: If I have my own axe can i bring it and use it?

q: Do I need to have experience?

A: Nope. You don’t have to have any experience or previous axe throwing skills.

q: will someone teach me how to throw an axe?

A: Our Safety Range Officers are also our coaches. We want each of our guests to have the ultimate axe throwing experience! From the basic techniques to the most competitive games possible we are their to teach you have to have fun by being the best possible axe thrower you can be.

Q: do you allow spectators?

A: Spectators are not allowed on the trailer for their safety. Each event is set up with a safety zone to insure the safety of all spectators. You can watch each and every throw, enjoy cheering for your friends and booing the competition.

q: what can’t i do on the trailer?

A: We don’t allow drinking or smoking on the trailer. Each game is 15 throws and takes less than 10 minutes. You will have plenty of time in between throwing sessions to grab your favorite beverage, take a smoke or enjoy your favorite cocktail.

q: how far will you travel?

A: It all comes down to availability and expenses. Time is money and if we can make it happen we will travel as far as necessary to make our customers happy.

q: how large of a group can you accommodate?

A: From a small group or gathering of friends to a large corporate event for up to 200 participants.

q: can we take pictures or video?

A: Absolutely. We want you to share your experience with the world. The only thing we ask is that you tag us in your posts.

Q: is there an age requirement?

A: All axe throwers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by one of their parents. Our Safety Range Officers will determine if the thrower is strong enough to participate safely. It is at the sole discretion of the range safety officer to deny anyone the opportunity to throw if they feel the thrower cannot perform the throw safely regardless of their age.

q:What is the cancellation policy and what if I need to make changes to my booking?

A: We take a 50% non-refundable deposit with each booking. We have a 2-week cancellation policy. You are able to cancel/reschedule your event as long as you give us at least two weeks notice. If you do so, your deposit can be transferred to your new reservation. Payment in full is required 24 hours prior to your event.
